Oh my. How did this post reach this depressing tone!
Facing a little of a quarter life crisis these days. Do not like my current job but stuck here for now. Meh. Hopefully the next time I check in here, I'll bring some good news.

Life as it is.
I have no idea what brought me here today. It has been almost a year since my last post, and how much life has changed since. I stopped writing, I wonder why. Maybe its because of my new job. I didn't think a normal desk bound office job would take up so much of my life, and be so draining. Or maybe its just because I no longer have fancy travel pictures/stories to tell. I miss traveling. I miss New York. And I can't believe it's been a year since I breathed the Tokyo air. Ahhh really missing those days. Back then I remember resenting the days and counting down to the day that I can finally breakaway. But now, I really don't remember any of the unhappy part, and just miss the good times tremendously instead! How ironic life is.

Workcation: Paris // Montmarte

Montmarte has been on my to-go list and it was a perfect day for a good walk! Crazy amount of stairs, what a work out!
& I finally reached the top!
Got a passerby to take a photo for me :)
Sat there and people watched for a good 30 mins
And next, I walked to La recyclerie. It wasn't very near but since there was nothing else on my agenda, I decided to just take a long walk there.
Love the chill vibes here
& for dinner, I was craving onion soup! Googled for good onion soups around my vicinity and here I was:
Ending the good day off with a good dessert. Napolean never goes wrong :D. Added a scoop of ice cream to satisfy my greediness.

Hello Manhattan, we meet again! But first, brunch
Walked past the library and decided to take a walk in.
Cream puffs at bibble and sip!! Had to queue for it
And we took a walk down the williamsburg bridge to Brooklyn. It was a crazily hot day and I can't believe I brought my jacket out thinking it might be cold. So wrong
Our purpose in brooklyn: Rainbow bagels. Turns out, they didn't have the rainbow ones that day. So we made do with the pink ones # disappointed.
